I was nervous at first because I’ve never bought hair at this price and length, but when I got it, the hair had some body waves that weren’t consistent. But after flat ironing and recurling, it was beautiful. The lace matched perfectly with my skin and I was able to part my hair. I put flex rods in them while the hair was damp and with mousse over night, the hair unrolled beautifully. The hair does get dry so I put leave in conditioner and flat iron or curl my hair. It stays beautiful. I’ve had it for a month. I highly recommend. Will be ordering again.

So initially I had a problem and got the wrong wig but the customer service was great and helped ship out a new correct one which was great, and it only took 2-3 days to ship. So to start straight out the package, its super soft and I didnt have any shedding actually, until I straightened it and got minor shedding. 3 singular blonde hairs but nothing plucking them couldnt solve.
